STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

• To provide those services mandated by law in the most efficient, courteous, and helpful manner possible; and to assist any and all persons seeking access to government, at any level.

• To ensure that the right to participate in the election process is available and accessible to all interested and eligible persons.

• To conduct the affairs of the county Clerk's office in such a manner as to uphold the trust placed in them by the citizens of Otero County.
