STATEMENT OF
PURPOSE
To provide legal
representation to the Board of County Commissioners, Sheriff, Clerk,
Assessor, Treasurer, and Probate Court.
To provide quality legal
services to the County efficiently, effectively and in a timely fashion
regarding the whole spectrum of issues affecting County Government in the
21st century.
The County Attorney's
Office provides legal advice to the various county departments on a wide
variety of subjects including, but not limited to:

> Insurance coverage's
for general liability, law enforcement, and workers
