Slash Pit is located NE of Cloudcroft on HWY 244 about 1/4 mile on the left. The ONLY items allowed are vegetative. NO lumber or trash. This is for residential use ONLY. Contractors have to take yard waste elsewhere. If residents want to remove the wood or wood chips from the slash pit they may do so on schedule open days.
